	* Makefile ($(prog-subdirs) $(lib-subdirs), %-lndist, %-clean,
	%-relink, %-objs, %-install, %-install-headers, %-TAGS, %.d): Pass
	-e to sub-make, so that explicit prefix= args (etc.) get passed
	down correctly.
