Subject: libtrivfs: add fsys_get_source

* libtrivfs/Makefile: Add fsys-get-source.c and get-source.c
* libtrivfs/trivfs.h: Add trivfs_get_source.
* libtrivfs/fsys-get-source.c: New file.
* libtrivfs/get-source.c: Likewise.
