Fix whitespace issues
Cleanup trailing whitespaces, indentation that uses spaces before tabs,
and blank lines at EOF. Make the project free of warnings reported by
git diff --check 4b825dc642cb6eb9a060e54bf8d69288fbee4904 HEAD
