Sync up with buildroot GCC 6.2.0 patches.
Additionally, copy from 5.4.0:
- 910-nios2-bad-multilib-default.patch (needed for nios2 sample)
- 930-libgcc-disable-split-stack-nothreads.patch (applicable to 6.2.0 as well)
