More trivial sample updates.
Drop ARCH_ARCH/ARCH_TUNE where it is overridden by ARCH_CPU. Also, same
updates as in the previous batch for architectures with
!ARCH_EXCLUSIVE_WITH_CPU (i.e. where there is no need to drop
ARCH_CPU/ARCH_TUNE).
