Add prototypes for memory_object_proxy.c functions
* vm/memory_object_proxy.h: Add file.
* vm/vm_init.c: Include <vm/memory_object_proxy.h>.
* kern/ipc_kobject.c: Likewise.
* Makefile.am (libkernel_a_SOURCES): Add vm/memory_object_proxy.h.
