Remove UFS support
It has been unused/untested/unmaintained for a decade now, and its
4-clause BSD licence poses problem.
* configure.ac (default_static): Remove ufs.
* Makefile (prog-subdirs): Remove ufs, ufs-fsck and ufs-utils.
* NEWS, TODO: doc/hurd.texi, doc/navigating: Remove UFS notes.
* ufs: Remove directory
* ufs-fsck: Remove directory
* ufs-utils: Remove directory
* bsdfsck: Remove directory
