* modules/pam_sepermit/pam_sepermit.c (sepermit_match): Do not
call sepermit_lock() if sense is deny. Do not crash on NULL seuser
match.
(pam_sm_authenticate): Try to call getseuserbyname() even if
SELinux is disabled.
